Reservations Policies

These hotel policies are considered part of our booking agreement with you. As a guest at Maison Bleue, you are agreeing to our reservation policy.
When booking any reservation, the customer must correctly fill in the respective form, indicating the arrival and departure dates, applicable rate (subject to confirmation of availability by Maison Bleue), as well as their personal data and information on payment, taking full responsibility for the choices made and for the information provided, which must be complete, true, and up to date.

Guarantee
A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking for all rates.

Rates
  • Non-refundable Rate: The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Flexible Rate: The amount for the first night will be charged to the card to guarantee the reservation. Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation will be made for the remaining amount and any incidentals. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
  • Deposit: The value of the stay, or the value agreed, will be charged up to 5 days before arrival. Payment details will be sent by the hotel.
  • No Shows: In case of no-show, the prepaid non-refundable rate will not be refunded and the total of the first night will be charged.

Change and Cancellations Policies

The cancellation or modification of your reservation depends on the conditions mentioned in the rate. If your reservation is cancellable, you can cancel or modify it according to the conditions mentioned in the rate. Operating Policies

Hotel check-in Time: 3pm
If you wish to check in before the indicated time, please note that it depends on availability and there may be an extra charge.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in or must be accompanied by an adult. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid physical credit card will be required.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances.

At check-in, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of your stay, plus an additional 50€ (euros) per night for incidents on the credit card account provided.

Extra Beds and Cribs
The need for extra beds/sofa beds must be confirmed upon availability.
Crib: free
Bed/sofa bed: €50 per bed per night

Groups
Any booking with more than 5 rooms will be considered a group.
The group should nominate a spokesperson (“leader”).
The “Leader” must deliver to Maison Bleue, before arrival, a complete list containing the detailed identification, address, and mobile phone number of each member of the group.
When making a reservation, the leader will receive a reservation confirmation, containing the details of the reservation made together with check-in details and other information to secure the reservation and any other payment terms.
Group bookings are always automatically non-refundable bookings as defined by the group agreement. This will be treated as a guaranteed reservation when accompanied by the customer providing proof of bank transfer of 50% of the entire stay, with the remaining 50% paid 15 days before the day of the booked accommodation.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel / at Maison Bleue.

Items in the Room
If you want to purchase items such as bathrobes, towels, among others, please contact the Reception.
Alternatively, the items will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Hotel Check-out Times: 11am
If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact reception for availability and prices.

Special Requests
We will make every effort to honor special requests, such as selecting a specific floor or room number, etc., upon your arrival. All special requests are noted in the reservations and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, the availability of these requests in question cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Hotel Responsability
In case the guest discovers a fault or error regarding his rental or accommodation, the guest must inform the hotel as soon as possible. In these cases, the hotel is primarily entitled to correct the fault in a timely manner. The hotel is not responsible for full or partial refunds in case faults are not communicated correctly.

Maison Bleue is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring at the Hotel. In all rooms, safes are provided where the customer can store their belongings.
In the event of theft or property damage (in the event of fire, water damage or other damage to property), the customer must immediately inform Maison Bleue employees and do everything possible to help resolve the theft or repair the damage.
